VIP尊享皮鞋維修服務提供自購買日期起為期六個月的保修期。
維修服務只限維修於Historic或Regent Place Unique出售之皮鞋(特價品除外)。
Historic Company Limited(下稱本公司)將盡力修理您的皮鞋,但無法保證完全修復至完美。
具體的修復時間會根據鞋類的狀況和類型而有所不同。
每對符合條件的皮鞋只可享受一次免費維修服務。
本公司恕不負責修理損壞超出協議修理範圍內的皮鞋。
本公司可能提供有限的修理保修,視正常磨損程度而定。
保修範圍不包括因疏忽、誤用或不正確保養而引起的問題。疏忽、誤用或不正確保養包括但不限於:
人為破壞
不正當使用皮鞋護理產品
褪色, 刮花等顏色問題
非因生產過程造成的問題
長時間使用引致之正常損耗, 如磨損, 摺痕,
自然環境引致之問題,例如潮濕, 下雨, 乾燥
擅自經未有獲受權的第三方人士維修而造成的損壞
客戶需在皮鞋修理完成及接到取鞋通知後的14天內取回修好的皮鞋。
如逾期14天仍未取回皮鞋,本公司保留自行處理或丟棄有關皮鞋的權利而無需另行通知。
本公司會妥善處理皮鞋,但不對鞋內留下的個人物品的丟失、失竊或損壞負責。
本公司對符合條件的皮鞋只會作出維修, 而不作任何退款。
如閣下在提交皮鞋、領取皮鞋或穿著修好的皮鞋過程中發生意外, 本公司恕不負責。
通過提交皮鞋保修表格及使用鞋類維修服務,您同意遵守以上條款與細則。
本公司保留一切權利,自行決定隨時更改、修改、增加或刪除此等條款的任何部分,而無須通知閣下。
如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處,一切以中文版本為準。
通過提交皮鞋保修表格及使用鞋類維修服務,您同意遵守以上條款與細則。如有任何爭議, 本公司保留最終決定權利。
Shoe Repair Service Terms and Conditions
The VIP exclusive shoe repair service(The service) provides a warranty period of six months from the date of purchase.
The service only repairs shoes(on-sale items excluded)bought from Historic or Regent Place Unique.
Historic Company Limited (The Company)will make reasonable efforts to repair your shoes to the best of their abilities, but cannot guarantee complete restoration or perfect results.
Each eligible pair of shoes enjoys free repair service once only.
The time required for shoe repair may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the repair.
The Company will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to the shoes beyond the repair work agreed upon.
The Company may provide a limited warranty on the repaired areas, subject to normal wear and tear.
The warranty does not cover issues arising from neglect, misuse, or improper care of the shoes. Neglect, misuse, or improper care include but not limited to:
Willful damage.
Improper use of shoe care products.
Colouring problem such as decolouring, scratch.
Any problems not casued by the production procedure.
Normal wear and tear, for example, wear out, crease.
Problems caused by the natural environment e.g. humidity, rain, dry.
Damage due to repair or removal by unauthorised person.
Customers have to reclaim their repaired shoes within 14 days after completion of the repair and receiving the pickup notification.
If the shoes are not claimed within 14 days, the Company reserves the right to handle or dispose of the shoes without further notice.
The Company will take reasonable care while handling the shoes but will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left inside the shoes.
All eligible pairs of shoes are not refundable.
The Company will not be liable for any personal injuries or accidents that occur during the drop-off, pick-up, or while wearing the repaired shoes.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if the shoes are deemed irreparable.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete any part of these Terms at any time without further notice to you.
If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
By submitting the shoe repair service form and accepting the terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms during the course of the repair service. The Company reserves the right of final decisions in case of any disputes.
